The Senior Financial Analyst will provide advanced financial analysis, forecasting and reporting to support business planning and operational decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive performance and outcomes. 

The selected candidate will reside within commuting distance of our Danvers, MA headquarters and will be expected to work in the office 1-2 days a week.  

 

Compensation range:  $95,000 - $115,000

Other compensation:  Performance bonus eligible 

The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead budget, forecast and long-range planning activities at the company, business unit and product line levels. Perform in-depth analysis of Plan and Forecast results and deliver variance explanations.
  • Support CCC’s business units and operational leaders with financial matters. Conduct monthly meetings to discuss historical financial results and future performance. 
  • Work closely with the business to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations in support of Executive-level and key business partner meetings. 
  • Develop and review key performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities, monitor strategic objectives.
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of the budget and forecasting platform, business intelligence tools, and the Excel suite of reporting. 
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts with analytics models and reporting processes to optimize resources, accelerate visibility to outcomes and insights. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with superior attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups and functions)
  • Ability to extract data from financial systems and into Excel or other analytical tools
  • Experience with financial software (e.g. Planful) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple projects, thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
