Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Highlands County, FL. The Salesperson will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct prospecting activities, and manage a pipeline of potential clients. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing customers, presenting product solutions, preparing proposals and quotes, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves maintaining regular follow-up with clients, coordinating with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical features in clear, customer-focused language.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently follow up on leads.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Capability to work on-site in Highlands County, Fl including traveling locally to customer locations as needed.
- Familiarity with office equipment or technology solutions sales is preferred but not required; willingness to learn product lines is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
