Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage Full-Service Maintenance (FSM) contracts, meter readings, and equipment coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with data entry and tracking. Experience with E-Automate is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect meters.
- Process and back-up Service Contracts
- Enter Full-Service Maintenance meters.
- Process credit memos.
- Communicate with Toshiba.
- Process EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments.
- Verify incoming equipment.
- Invoice equipment sales.
- Manage records of terminated contracts.
- Provide backup to the Supply Department.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in data entry and Excel spreadsheets.
- Experience with E-Automate (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm 40 hours per week.
