Position Details
Position: Alarm Monitoring Dispatcher
Schedule: Full-Time Overnight Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)This position follows a rotating schedule, which includes a combination of weekdays and weekends. Team members should expect to work some weekends as part of the regular rotation.
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
What You'll Do
- Monitor and respond to residential and commercial alarm activations.
- Notify customers and emergency responders when alarms occur.
- Answer inbound calls related to alarm activity.
- Accurately document information while following established procedures.
- Remain calm, professional, and efficient during emergency situations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting the safety of our subscribers.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- No experience required—we provide paid training.
