Position Overview
As a Polygraph Examiner with our team, you will primarily conduct standard LEPET pre-employment examinations utilizing a three-question format for law enforcement, fire, and public safety candidates.
Our office handles scheduling, candidate coordination, and preparation/distribution of digital reports, allowing you to focus on conducting examinations professionally and efficiently.
Due to increased hiring activity among our clients, the need for qualified examiners continues to grow.
All polygraph data and documentation must be submitted within 24 hours following the examination.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must:
- Be licensed/certified in the State of Illinois
- Own your own laptop and polygraph equipment
- Have strong typing proficiency with solid foundational computer skills
- Maintain reliable internet access
- Be able to type notes while conducting interviews
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and company personnel via email, phone, and in person
- Have the ability to integrate effectively within our team culture and perform successfully in a professional, fast-paced environment
