Job Description & Responsibilities
Overseeing all clinical aspects of resident care in our Assisted Living community, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and make periodic reports to the Director of Clinical Operations regarding corporation operations, with emphasis on matters that impact resident, staff, legal or policy concerns.
Remain an industry expert to ensure future success for the corporation by staying current on industry trends, clinical requirements, and regulatory compliance specific to DHS 83 and Chapter 50. Must be a clinical resource for Residents, their families, and direct care staff.
Overseeing and partaking in the day-to-day care and treatment of Residents and the coordination of services. Complete clinical assessments to evaluate Residents needs prior to admission and during their stay, as consistent with DHS 83. Process and monitor pharmaceutical programs for Residents and schedule and participate in ISP meetings with Residents, staff, and families.
Must provide visible, proactive leadership and be responsible for creating and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction relating to Resident care.
Requirements:
Ability to work full time hours Monday-Friday
Participate in clinical on call rotation
Experience
Acceptable professional experience in long term care, approximately 2-5 years prefered; graduation from an approved technical college or university. Wisconsin LPN License is required. Must be 21 years of age, as per WI DHS 83 regulation.
Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
