Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to promote a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and accurately recording usage using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems while accurately processing payments and giving correct change.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest menu enhancements based on current trends and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with the culinary team during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, craft beers, and brewing processes.
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally in diverse settings such as fine dining or casual venues.
• Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Ability to manage bar operations efficiently including inventory control, beverage recipe development, and bar management responsibilities.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients for drink preparation.
• Previous experience in hospitality environments such as restaurants, retail food industry settings, or catering events is highly desirable.

Pay: $21.84 - $26.30 per hour
