Responsibilities
- Patrol dance floors for underage drinkers and conflict
- Verifying identities and authorizations of visitors before granting entry
- Write detailed incident reports documenting any security concerns, disturbances, or incidents with clarity and accuracy
- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access through conflict de-escalation and conflict management techniques
- Assist with heavy lifting or manual handling tasks when needed to support overall safety and security operations
Skills
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols
- Familiarity with access control systems and security technology such as Taser devices (where applicable)
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor in dealing with visitors and staff
- Physical security expertise including patrolling, conflict de-escalation, heavy lifting, and manual handling
- Experience in incident report writing with attention to detail and clarity
- Understanding of compliance with security regulations and law enforcement collaboration techniques
