Responsibilities
- Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage filing, data entry, and office documentation
- Order and track office supplies
- Assist with reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping
- Run occasional business-related errands
- Provide general administrative support to staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
