What You'll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This will involve delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Specific duties for this nursing health care position include:
- The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the coordination and performance of nursing activities in his/her assigned section/unit during a designated shift. In the absence of other senior management, a Licensed Practical Nurse may be responsible for oversight of the facility during certain shifts.
