Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining client records
- Build relationships within the community to expand your network and client base
- Stay informed about property management practices and real estate administrative procedures
Requirements
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience or familiarity with marketing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Administrative experience or property management background is beneficial
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and professionalism in all interactions
