Overview
We are hiring 1–2 Fulfillment Associates to support daily kit assembly and shipping operations in a structured healthcare environment.
This role focuses on assembling standardized kits, performing quality checks, and preparing shipments accurately and consistently.
This is a steady, detail-oriented role in a clean, organized workspace. Accuracy and reliability are of high importance.
Responsibilities
- Assemble diagnostic kits according to established procedures
- Verify components and quantities before packaging
- Perform quality checks prior to shipment
- Label, package, and prepare shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with inventory counting and restocking
- Follow SOPs and compliance requirements
- Communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the Fulfillment Operations Lead
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, production, or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions and checklists
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Experience with inventory handling or quality checks
