We are located on 313 Dousman St in downtown Green Bay. Our ideal candidate is a positive, pun-loving self-starter, humble, hungry and smart with people.
Responsibilities
- Providing overall leadership, training and quality control of food operations.
- Oversight of procurement, preparation, and services of food.
- Versatile knowledge of HACCP and FIFO methods.
- Inventory, Cost and Labor control with accurate record keeping and compliance.
- Menu Planning, utilization of in-house foods.
- Ensure safe food handling and sanitary food stations.
- Create a high level of professional communication with staff and management.
- Must not be a jerk while cooking salmon or other such foodstuffs
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of regulations concerning food handling, food storage, food preparation, safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to laugh and enjoy cooking while creating a fun culture in the kitchen
