Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is hiring a Buyer for our Phoenix branch with strong analytical and negotiation skills. This role supports purchasing across fasteners, safety, and construction-related products.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze inventory and demand to drive purchasing decisions
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely replenishment
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
- Partner with sales and operations to meet customer needs
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of purchasing/supply chain experience OR recent graduate with a degree in business or supply chain
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communicator with negotiation ability
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvements
- Eager to learn, take ownership and grow within the supply chain team
- Proficient in Excel
