We are seeking an HR Operations & Compliance Specialist to support HR operations across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, operational role that goes beyond transactional HR—it is responsible for ensuring compliance, driving operational HR excellence, and building training and employee support systems that directly impact productivity, safety, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity
2. Partner with Operations Leadership
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and warehouse leaders on workforce needs
- Anticipate challenges and proactively recommend solutions
- Align HR initiatives with operational goals (productivity, safety, retention)
3. Build and Enhance Training Programs
- Partner with operations leadership to develop role-based training pathways
- Standardized training across departments (safety, SOPs, equipment, quality)
- Track and coordinate training completion (e.g., BlueVolt or internal systems)
- Identify gaps and continuously improve training effectiveness
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or production environments
- Proven experience building or improving onboarding and/or training programs
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment
- Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
