Copper State Bolt & Nut Co., is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce website. This role focuses on managing and updating site content, coordinating with business teams to gather and document requirements, and assisting with light troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working with product images, descriptions, and online workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product listings, banners, images, and text using the D365 Commerce web tools
- Work with business users to understand content and promotional needs
- Document content update requirements and change requests
- Support testing and validation of web content changes
- Coordinate with development partners for technical escalations
- Follow processes to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years experience in web content management, digital operations, or e-commerce support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort with tools like Excel, Word, and basic image editing
