Copper State Bolt & Nut Co is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Industrial team. You will primarily support multi-markets, national, and/or international customers in Industrial – Mining and Utility.
· Mining, Utility, Refinery, Rail, and other Heavy Industrial Operations.
· Contractors doing work on Industrial sites
· Manufacturers making product for Industrial customers

Responsibilities:
· Analytics & reporting of key customer business transactions
· Management of contract pricing, external items, chain/main/sub relationships, profiling, and sales/inventory agreements
· Assistance to Industry Inside Sales teams for large projects, service takeovers, big-data management, or other support
· Facilitate customer special processing such as summary invoicing, portal invoicing, or other special handling & inquiries
· Supporting Industry and Regional Directors, outside sales, and inside sales in all branches that are operating to supply product to the largest of customers in each industry sector
· Working side-by-side with Industry Inside Sales, handling the non-transactional special activities with key customers
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or inside sales—ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of fasteners, mechanical components, or engineered products is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, mostly including Excel.
Schedule:
M-F, 7am -- 4pm
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
