We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Chief Operating Officer – Healthcare Services (COO-HS). This key position will play a critical role in supervising all healthcare service operations, ensuring alignment with our organizational vision and values.
The COO-HS will report directly to our CEO and work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency.
Main Objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plans, focusing on business development, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Supervise and support department directors and staff to achieve organizational objectives.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, applying LEAN principles and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department directors to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
