Job Summary

Duties

• Provide strategic leadership in planning, developing, and implementing nursing policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the nursing department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
• Oversee staff supervision, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive team environment dedicated to excellence in healthcare delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all state-specific education laws and healthcare regulations to uphold accreditation standards and legal requirements.
• Lead organizational initiatives related to clinical quality improvement, patient safety, and staff development through innovative instructional leadership in education.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term strategic plans that support organizational growth and community health objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring clinical outcomes, implementing best practices, and encouraging professional development among nursing staff.
• Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services and administrative functions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing managers and team leaders to strengthen personnel management in education-focused healthcare settings.

Experience

• Proven experience in management within healthcare or educational environments, demonstrating strong organizational leadership skills.
• Extensive background in school or healthcare administration with a focus on academic or clinical leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in staff supervision, team management, and personnel development within complex organizational structures.
• Knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare training programs or school-based health services.
• Experience managing budgets and organizational resources effectively while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Prior involvement in instructional leadership or education administration related to health sciences or nursing programs preferred.
• University experience or teaching background in health-related fields is advantageous for understanding educational frameworks within healthcare settings.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
