Bartender/ Server

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Daytime Bartender Mon- Friday to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while crafting a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in bartending, along with your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions, will contribute to creating an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service and responding to their needs promptly.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Assist in setting up for banquets or special events as needed, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating needs to management as necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks responsibly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and willingness to help create memorable experiences for patrons.
