Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
• Oversee sales transactions using POS systems, handle cash and credit payments accurately, and maintain precise cash handling procedures.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members to foster a motivated and knowledgeable staff.
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory management activities to optimize stock levels and product presentation.
• Supervise shift management duties including scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth store operations during your shift.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote new collections or special events, enhancing store visibility and sales growth.
• Maintain organized records of sales, payroll, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks to support efficient store management.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills by effectively interacting with customers, team members, and vendors in multiple languages if applicable.

Experience

• Proven retail management experience with supervisory or assistant manager roles in upscale boutiques or similar retail environments.
• Strong background in sales management, merchandising, inventory control, and POS systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams, managing schedules, and developing staff through training & development initiatives.
• Familiarity with retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales analysis to meet business goals.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in customer service roles that require negotiation skills, phone etiquette, and effective communication across diverse audiences.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
