Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $20.50 to $27.40 , actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
- Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
Job Summary:
We’re hiring Terrain Park Groomers at multiple levels, from entry-level learners to senior operators. All team members assist the Terrain Park Manager and Grooming Supervisor with snow-cat operations, building and maintaining terrain park features, and supporting grooming needs. Higher levels take on additional responsibilities such as leading builds, supporting events, training and motivating the team, and managing daily risk and feature testing.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work with hand and power tools
- Must have a valid US Driver’s license
- Has worked two or more years on terrain park day staff
- Performs thorough pre and post operation inspection on snow grooming machines
- Performs cleaning of snowcat for operator
- Sets up and starts groomer for Operator
- Must have strong skiing or snowboarding skills and have knowledge of freestyle skiing/riding
Preferred Experience and Special Skills:
- 1 year Terrain Park building experience preferred
- Snowmaking experience preferred
- Google Sketch-up experience preferred
