Warehouse & Facilities Associate — $15–$19/hr Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | In Person
About Us Copper Mountain Hardware is a growing eCommerce company specializing in decorative home hardware. We're a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in quality work — and we're looking for someone who does too.
What You'll Do
Warehouse Operations
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse
- Fold boxes, assemble products, and assist with packaging
Light Machining & Fabrication
- Operate a drill press to drill products to spec
- Measure and calculate hole placement on plates and parts using basic math (finding centers, calculating offsets)
- Work carefully and methodically to avoid damaging parts or product
Building & Outdoor Maintenance
- Empty trash and keep indoor and outdoor work areas clean
- Pull or spray weeds and maintain basic outdoor upkeep
- Assist with small maintenance projects and other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right
- Comfortable with basic tools and machinery — especially drill presses or similar equipment
- Able to read a tape measure and do simple shop math (fractions, finding centers)
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Looking for long-term, stable employment — we want someone who grows with us
Previous warehouse, maintenance, or light machining experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
