Analyst, Zone Operations
JOB DESCRIPTION
An Analyst is responsible for overseeing a small volume client and be the client liaison for a group of related projects for a team’s singular client. The Analyst aids in refining team projects and assists fellow team members with daily processes, industry best practices, related questions, and challenges.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validate and audit data for accuracy.
- Communicate with clients and 3rd party service providers through email and phone in order to obtain pertinent information and resolve discrepancies or other issues.
- Utilize client Inventory Control and Record Keeping Systems in order to properly report inventory movements to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an Operations Management related field is a plus but is not required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Customs/compliance experience
- Logistics/Supply Chain experience
