Program Manager

Copper Country Community Mental Health is hiring a full-time Program Manager to join their team overseeing programmatic and fiscal operations in Houghton, Michigan. You will ensure services are well staffed, well delivered, and aligned with all applicable plans, policies, and procedures. Your leadership directly supports staff, strengthens services, and improves outcomes for the people we serve.

This position is ideal for an organized, energetic leader who is committed to community-based mental health services and enjoys supporting both people and programs.

What We Offer.

• $61,193 – $77,631 annual starting salary based on experience.

What You Will Do.

• Oversee the overall operational and fiscal operations.
• Lead Client Services Management in Houghton.
• Ensure programs are adequately staffed and services are delivered according to established policies and plans.
• Provide direct supervision and clinical direction to Case Managers.
• Support staff development through guidance, coaching, and clear expectations.
• Monitor program performance and help ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
• Collaborate with leadership and community partners to support effective service delivery.
  
  

What We Are Looking For.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Family Studies, or a closely related field is required.
• Clinical and supervisor experience in a community mental health or human services setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative, supportive leadership style with a focus on quality care.
