- Monitor product quality and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including display cases, shelves, and storage areas

- Strong knowledge of all products and their handling requirements
- Experience in inventory control and ordering processes
- Culinary background with knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
