We are a growing, privately owned dental practice looking for an experienced, organized, and positive Full-Time Dental Office Manager to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for every patient. We believe in high-quality dentistry, outstanding customer service, and supporting one another as a team.
As the Dental Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our office operations, leading the team, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. We are looking for a candidate with strong dental knowledge (treatment planning, terminology, insurance), and at least 3 years of experience in dental office management, including insurance billing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient care.
- Verify dental insurance benefits, including coordination with third-party services.
- Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently.
- Optimize provider schedules to meet productivity goals.
- Check out patients and provide a five-star experience.
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office.
- Communicate with patients and staff, and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Assist with financial and administrative tasks, such as managing insurance claims and billing, preparing financial reports, and maintaining patient records.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, and employee performance.
- Coordinate team meetings and foster a positive office culture.
- Work closely with the doctor to improve efficiency and growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a dental office, including insurance billing and treatment planning (required).
- Detailed knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, EOBs, and claims.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Exceptional communication and people skills—you bring a smile and positive energy to the workplace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and professional in demeanor.
- Ability to maintain an organized, efficient, and happy atmosphere, ensuring patients and team members are well cared for.

Schedule
- Full Time, 4 days per week with one Friday a month
- Monday 7:30am-3pm
- Tuesday - Thursday 7:30am-5pm
- One Friday per month, 7:30am-12pm
