PROGRAMMER/BUSINESS ANALYST

Function

Meet business needs by analyzing and detailing requirements for system requests, following up and monitoring a successful development until its implementation with the user.

Responsibilities

· Analyze, design, develop and implement improvement solutions to import systems.

· Collect, confirm and validate the requirements of the solution to be executed.

· Analyze and evaluate the scope of the solution, following up on its performance and any incidents that arise.

· Ensure that the solution is aligned to the business objectives based on the requirements validated before the solution by the business.

· Carry out the functional tests of the solution, as well as manage the user acceptance tests.

· Plan and monitor the installation of the solution, acting as a link between development and the business area.

· Verify the operation of software and hardware, addressing the incidents reported by users about the software and computer equipment that it manages.

· Support with technical support on site and users (telecommunications, security and computing).

· Installation and maintenance of hardware and make database backups.

1 year as a Programmer in SQL, PostgreSQL.

1 year as a Consultant in the management of Business Requirements.

1 year in Project planning and management.

PROGRAMADOR / ANALISTA DE NEGOCIOS

Funcion

Satisfacer las necesidades del negocio mediante el análisis y la especificación detallada de requerimientos para solicitudes de sistemas, dando seguimiento y supervisando el desarrollo exitoso hasta su implementación con el usuario.

Responsabilidades

· Analizar, diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de mejora para los sistemas de la empresa.

· Recopilar, confirmar y validar los requerimientos de la solución a ejecutar.

· Analizar y evaluar el alcance de la solución, dando seguimiento a su desempeño y a cualquier incidencia que surja.

· Asegurar que la solución esté alineada con los objetivos del negocio, basándose en los requerimientos validados previamente por el área de negocio.

· Realizar pruebas funcionales de la solución, así como gestionar las pruebas de aceptación del usuario (UAT).

· Planificar y supervisar la instalación de la solución, actuando como enlace entre el equipo de desarrollo y el área de negocio.

· Verificar el funcionamiento del software y hardware, atendiendo las incidencias reportadas por los usuarios sobre el software y el equipo informático gestionado.

· Brindar soporte técnico presencial a los usuarios (telecomunicaciones, seguridad e informática).

· Realizar la instalación y mantenimiento de hardware, así como copias de seguridad de bases de datos.
