ASISTENTE ADMINISTRATIVO

Funciones Administrativas

· Apoyar en el control administrativo.

· Elaboración de reportes.

· Contratación de Servicios.

· Gestión y comunicación con proveedores de Servicio.

· Control de poderes notariales.

· Trámites gubernamentales.

· Elaboración de Aplicaciones de Crédito.

· Llevar control y seguimiento de Cartas Porte, con la finalidad de asegurar la mercancía en tránsito.

· Seguimiento a las reparaciones ya mantenimiento de los Vehículos y Camiones de la empresa.

· Seguimiento a las reparaciones y mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

· Atender distintas necesidades que le solicite su supervisor.

Experiencia y Requisitos

· 1 año de experiencia como Auxiliar Administrativo en empresa de giro comercial.

· Título Profesional (Lic. Administración de Empresas, Contaduría, Lic. Comercio Exterior o Negocios Internacionales, o carrera afín.)

· Bilingüe Español 100% Ingles 70%

· Paquetería Office

· Disponibilidad de horario

· Pasaporte vigente.

· Licencia de manejo. (Viajes constantes)

- Sentri (Preferible)

- Levantamiento de material pesado.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Administrative Functions

· Support administrative control.

· Create reports.

· Hiring services.

· Management and communication with service providers.

· Manage of powers of attorney.

· Government procedures.

· Prepare Credit applications.

· Take control and follow-up of Bills of Landing, in order to ensure the merchandise in transit.

· Follow-up of the repairs and maintenance of the company’s vehicles and trucks.

· Monitoring repairs and maintenance of facilities.

Experience and Requirements

· 1 year of experience as Administrative Assistant, in a commercial company.

· Professional Title (Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Accounting, Foreign Trade or International Business, or related career.)

· Bilingual Spanish 100% English 70%

· Windows Office package.

· Schedule availability.

· Valid passport.

· Driver’s license.
