Overview
Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is in search of a Nurse Manager to join our team in the Operating and Procedure Rooms. Our Nurse Manager of the Operating and Procedure Rooms will step into the role of leading our dedicated, passionate team in providing the finest surgical care in our region. We are the state’s premier Orthopedic Center of Excellence and pride ourselves on not only our efficiency and exemplary clinical quality and outcomes but also our laser focus on the patient experience. We have recently expanded our Central Sterile Reprocessing Department as well as added an additional state of the art fully integrated Operating Room and Sterile Goods Room. All these advancements were made possible as the direct result of our dynamic and tight-knit multidisciplinary team collaborating on developing processes and programs that promote the highest level of performance. Our critical access hospital is well supported by our community and we are currently making plans to move our General Surgery robotic program forward.
This is a Full-Time position (PT options available).

Compensation: $43-48/hour.
The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates with limited experience. An offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. An offer of employment may be outside of the posted range based on those factors.
Qualifications
Education Required:
BSN / BS (or currently enrolled in program)
Education Desired:
MS / MSN
Experience Required:
3-5 years of current Operating Room clinical experience; 1-2 years current experience in nursing leadership
Salary : $43 - $48
