Job Summary
The FM Print Site Lead ensures efficient print shop operations and exceptional service delivery at the client site. This role oversees print production from design concept to delivery, manages a team of staff and student employees, maintains vendor and stakeholder relationships, and upholds the client’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate positive client, vendor, and team relationships
- Lead daily print shop and mailroom operations (printing, binding, finishing, wide format, mailings, etc.)
- Serve as the print production expert—advising on media, processes, and best practices
- Ensure quality control at all production stages
- Train and supervise staff and student employees on production processes, print, and software
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communications to ensure all print materials align with brand and marketing guidelines
- Keep accurate records and supplies inventory, and update procedure documentation
- Provide an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a clean and welcoming office space
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in print, mail, and production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and print software
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Capable of making independent decisions and exercising sound judgment in daily tasks
- Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and operating standard office/print equipment
- Must have reliable transportation and meet minimum insurance requirements
