SUMMARY:
The Director of SSS will be responsible for supervision related to designing, planning, organizing, managing, budgeting, evaluating, and implementing the operations of the SSS program and report directly to the Vice-President of the Wesson Campus.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s Degree in the area of school administration, psychology, guidance/counseling, developmental education, or curriculum and instruction
- Experience in designing, managing, and implementing programs serving traditionally underrepresented populations in higher education
- Experience in the evaluation and documentation procedures used by federal projects will be required.
PREFERED JOB REQUIRMENTS
- Five (5) years of administrative experience in federal educational projects or counseling and guidance programs designed for disadvantaged, disabled, low-income, and minority students will be preferred;

Salary : $38,600 - $52,400
