Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and outdoor spaces
- Assist with trash removal and recycling efforts across the property
- Conduct light landscaping tasks such as watering plants, sweeping walkways, and removing debris
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly
- Ensure property grounds are tidy and presentable at all times
- Support residents with minor assistance as needed, fostering a positive community atmosphere
- Qualifications
Schedule Mon, Wed, Fri 7am - 11:30am
- Prior experience in property maintenance or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to property upkeep
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation is a plus for commuting to various areas of the property
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
