This is a full-time on-site role based in Lowell, IN for a Digital Adoption Specialist. The Digital Adoption Specialist will support clients in implementing and utilizing Coper’s platform effectively to meet their needs. Responsibilities include assessing user feedback, identifying training needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless user experience for both borrowers and lenders. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform usability and address user concerns. Building community trust and fostering successful digital adoption will be key responsibilities within the role.
- Experience with Adoption and Foster Care processes and familiarity with regulatory practices
- Strong Communication and Social Work skills, with the ability to build trust and empathy
