Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Operate kitchen equipment such as a panini press and ovens
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Skills:
- MUST HAVE previous experience working in a kitchen or food industry required
- MUST HAVE knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- MUST HAVE the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be personable and mature - we do not do recreational drama here :)
SafeServe Food Handler's Certification preferred
