The growing Chattanooga office of CSVL is seeking to hire one or more experienced litigation attorneys. This role will focus primarily on general liability, transportation, and coverage litigation. An ideal candidate will be able to take a proactive role in cases. Prior experience with trials, depositions, and the discovery process is strongly preferred. A current Tennessee bar license is required. We are willing to consider fully remote roles for well-qualified applicants.
