The Chattanooga office of Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell is searching for an associate with 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably with some insurance defense background. The position will focus primarily on construction and defense of professionals in the construction industry, including architects and engineers. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to take depositions, attend mediations, and present in court, as well as direct client contact. This position is hybrid in-office and remote. An active Tennessee bar license is required.
