As a Line Cook at Copeland Oaks in Sebring, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with food preparation, cooking on the line during service, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate timing and ensure all dishes are served promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Six months experience in food prep, cooking, or short/order grill work.
• ServSafe certification or other food safety certification preferred (will train if needed).
• The Cook must be able to read, write, and follow recipes and menus.
• Requires constant standing, walking, pushing and pulling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
