Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Independent Insurance Agent based in Longview, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Insurance Agent, you will market and sell insurance products, counsel clients on optimal coverage plans, and build long-term relationships through excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing tailored solutions, managing accounts, and staying informed about industry trends and compliance standards. You will also collaborate with the team and leverage the tools and resources provided by Copeland Insurance Group to achieve growth and success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of Finance and financial products
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in using insurance software, quoting tools, and mobile applications is a plus
- Applicable state insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain them
