What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC woodworking equipment to produce furniture components
- Work from prints, cut lists, measurements, and process information
- Measure and verify parts for accuracy and quality
- Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot problems and look for ways to improve quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- CNC, machining, woodworking machinery, or related hands-on manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in understanding how things work
- Comfortable working with measurements and production information
- Able to troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new processes
- Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to quality work
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, with a start time between 6 AM and 7 AM
- Occasional Saturday mornings as needed
Pay:
- $17–$19/hour base pay, based on skills and experience
- Benefits plus potential bonus
