Outpatient Therapist Per-Diem
Job description: Copeland Counseling is seeking clinically licensed therapists (LPC/LCSW) to join our growing outpatient counseling team for a varied caseload of children through adults. Provisional licensed (LSW/LAC) with a minimum of two year’s post licensure experience will be considered.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rochelle Park, NJ 07662
The therapist must have at least 2 years of professional full-time clinical experience in assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and the treatment of mental health conditions. Experience in working with children and adolescents are preferred. The employee must be highly organized and detail oriented, and a motivated and passionate individual who thrives in a self-guided environment. The therapist should be flexible to conduct sessions with clients online and in person in one of our offices, depending on the clients’ preferences. Per-diem outpatient therapist caseloads are flexible based on your availability. Day, evening, and weekend hours are available. Compensation depends on the person’s credentials and professional experience.

Responsibilities
•
Provide outpatient therapeutic sessions to children, adults, and families to increase stabilization, maintain accurate records for each case, and all required treatment reports
•
Work with children, adults, and families on their personal treatment goals to help create a sense of stability and overall improved functioning
•
Implement evidence-based interventions and assessments to help individuals achieve their treatment goals
•
Manage a diverse caseload of ages and clinical presentations to expand one's experience
•
Expected to take 10 cases minimum
•
Be able to provide at least, 10 per diem hours per week
•
Flexibility to create your schedule, including setting consistent weekly appointments
•
Opportunity to obtain clinical hours towards LCSW and LAC licensure
Qualifications
•
Master's degree in a Behavioral Health Discipline from an accredited college or university
•
2 years of clinical experience in a mental health field
•
Provisional/Professional Licensure to practice counseling/clinical social work (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
