Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal, based in Gulfport, MS. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and reviewing documents. They will also be responsible for analyzing/summarizing medical records, preparing for hearings/trials, case management, file organization, investigations, research, drafting pleadings and preparing motions as part of day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation, Pleadings, and Motions
- Proficiency in Document Review and Legal Research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field a plus
- Previous experience in a litigation support role is a plus
