Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Sales Presentations and effective Communication, with the ability to explain technical products and solutions clearly.
- Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships and responsive support.
- Proven success in New Business Development, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales opportunities.
- Previous outside or industrial sales experience, ideally in plastics, manufacturing, fabrication, or related technical products.
- Comfort with territory management, travel to customer sites, and use of CRM and basic office software tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to understand customer applications and recommend suitable materials or solutions.
- High level of personal integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
