Position Description
- Support day-to-day operations of the Health Scholars Program across multiple client sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency in program delivery
- Provide administrative and coordination support for recurring operational activities (e.g., events, webinars, surveys, meetings, and trainings)
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain, update, and organize documentation related to operational workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment of program priorities and organizational initiatives
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and new initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and supporting implementation of solutions
- Support with vendor relationships, including tracking performance, managing communications, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Support the planning and execution of special projects, including task coordination, timeline tracking, and follow-up on key deliverables
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Past participation in the Health Scholar Program Leadership Team preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills (Excel proficiency preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
