COPAY, Inc., is a not-for-profit community mental health organization dedicated to high-quality outpatient treatment and prevention services, is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and regulatory oversight for our OASAS-licensed programs.
Hours: Monday-Friday, Flexible Schedule, from 16-20 hours a week
Location: In-Person or Remote opportunities available
Responsibilities:
● Lead weekly clinical supervision/Utilization Review and support a skilled multidisciplinary team
● Provide guidance/supervision on high-risk cases, referrals, and clinical decision making
● Supervise undergraduate and graduate interns (social work, mental health counseling, etc)
● Oversee and manage documentation, chart reviews, and OASAS regulatory compliance
● Support crisis response, incident reporting, and client safety
● Offer clinical direction to Prevention Program staff
● Participate in hiring, training, and outreach initiatives
● Deliver workshops or direct services as needed
Qualifications:
● Active/Valid LCSW or LCSW-R in New York State (or equivalent QHP) required
● Strong knowledge of OASAS regulations and clinical standards preferred
● Experience in substance use treatment and/or prevention services
● Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality (HIPAA/CFR-42), and high-quality care
● Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) certification preferred
● Experience supervising interns
● Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Hourly Pay: From $75/hr - $85/hr, commiserate with experience
