Copay Health AI is seeking a reliable and motivated part-time Marketing & Location Research Analyst to support local outreach and brand awareness efforts. This role focuses on researching healthcare-related businesses in Houston and surrounding areas and conducting in-person marketing by distributing brochures and informational materials. This is a field-based, entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently while maintaining regular communication with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing & Location Research Analyst will research and identify potential partner locations such as clinics, medical offices, pharmacies, wellness centers, and related businesses using Google and other online tools. They will compile and maintain accurate location information, including addresses, contact details, and notes, in a designated tracking system. The role includes visiting approved locations to drop off Copay Health AI brochures and marketing materials in a professional manner, following provided guidelines and messaging. The analyst is responsible for providing regular status updates and written feedback to the Director/CEO regarding outreach progress, business responses, questions received, and general market observations to support ongoing marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have basic computer and internet skills and be comfortable using Google search, maps, and simple data-tracking tools. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication skills are required. Reliable transportation is required to travel to and from outreach locations, and a working computer is necessary to complete research, documentation, and reporting tasks. Prior marketing or outreach experience is not required, though interest in healthcare, technology, or community engagement is a plus.
Work Environment:
This is a part-time role that combines remote research work with local field outreach. Hours are flexible and assigned based on weekly goals and project needs. Training, outreach materials, and reporting guidelines will be provided.
