Copart is excited to introduce our Analyst Development Program (ADP), a dynamic rotational program designed to accelerate the careers of ambitious individuals who are eager to drive innovation and growth within our organization. As a participant in the ADP, you will gain hands-on experience in various analytical and strategic roles, equipping you with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in a rotational program that offers exposure to different aspects of our business, including data analytics, project management, strategic planning, and marketing analysis.
• Work on impactful projects that contribute to Copart's growth and operational excellence, such as optimizing our auction processes, enhancing customer experiences, and developing data-driven strategies.
• Apply statistical analysis to help guide the development of business initiatives. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges, leveraging your analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops, mentorship, and networking events, to enhance your skills and career growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a strong academic record in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, R or Python experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work setting and willingness to rotate through different roles and locations within Copart's operations.
