We are looking for a dependable and hard working Dishwasher to join our back of house team. This role is critical to the success of the kitchen, keeping everything clean, organized, and running efficiently. It is a strong entry point for someone looking to get into the kitchen and learn the foundation of restaurant operations.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a clean and organized dish and utility area throughout service
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Handle trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of kitchen spaces
- Support prep cooks and chefs with basic tasks and restocking as needed
- Monitor dish and chemical levels and communicate supply needs
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Work as part of a team that values consistency, accountability, and support
