Brief Summary Of Role
We’re looking for a motivated Commercial Account Executive. A self-starter who has a consultative sales approach, provides an excellent customer experience, and delivers polished presentation skills. Supported by Copado marketing campaigns, you'll be developing a pipeline of sales opportunities for a large set of target commercial accounts. You will bring a consistent track record of sales achievement and a strong desire to learn and advance in your sales career. SaaS/Salesforce ecosystem sales experience is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis
- Become an advisor for Copado products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
- Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers
- Continuously build a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and grow relationships with accounts in your book of business
- Be the voice of the customer; understand their needs and make them champions
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Copado’s instance of Salesforce CRM
- Participate in Copado’s comprehensive product, sales, process training, and certifications to develop expertise in the Copado solution, vision, and strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- 3 years of full-cycle sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
- Real passion for technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; you move quickly, think strategically, and are superb at tactical execution
- You’re a team player; you understand that other groups within the company need to be successful and you can successfully work together
- You are emotionally intelligent, can deliver and receive feedback in a professional manner
- Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Knowledge of the DevOps space is a plus
