What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for key clients, deeply understanding their business, goals, and motivations.
- Make client presentations a standout experience: clear agendas, thoughtful structure, strong storytelling, excellent design, and a hospitality-forward approach.
- Build and lead strategic marketing plans that align with client objectives and drive growth for both the client and agency.
- Partner closely with Strategy to “sweat the strategy” and offer proactive strategic thinking across all workstreams.
- Lead, mentor, and support account team members — fostering collaboration, alignment, and a high-performance culture.
- Work across divisions to solve problems, allocate resources, and maintain seamless workflows while escalating as needed.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and measurement; collaborate with Analytics and Media to define KPIs and implement optimizations.
- Review strategies, briefs, creative, media plans, and reporting with a critical eye to ensure the strongest possible work.
- Own financial management of assigned accounts: revenue, burn rates, budgets, scopes, forecasting, and fee negotiations.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and support new business efforts as needed.

What You Bring
- 9–12 years of account management or client service experience in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Proven ability to lead high-profile accounts and deliver integrated campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Financial acumen and hands-on budget/scope management experience.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, media, and measurement.
- A proactive, steady, solutions-focused mindset.
- A hospitality-first approach to clients and colleagues.

Salary : $132,000 - $206,000
